The Back to Work Programme brings together organisations who are committed to gender diversity and female professionals who want to restart their careers after a break.

techUK & everywoman have been working together for five years to encourage and support women in technology. We are now turning our focus to the untapped talent pool that is women returning into the working world.

The Back to Work Programme brings together forward-thinking organisations who are committed to gender diversity and talented female professionals who want to restart their careers in technology after a career break of one year+.

We know that the prospect of returning to work in a technology business can seem daunting but there are businesses that want to support women with their decision to return. The Back to Work Programme has been developed to help women get ready with an intensive two-day course with top training providers. The pilot session will be kicking off in May.
