​NEPO announce new iteration of NEPO407 Food and General Provisions

NEPO has awarded NEPO407 Food & General Provisions to the following suppliers:

• Lot 1 General Provisions – Bestway
• Lot 2 Frozen Food – Hopwells
• Lot 3 Fruit, Vegetables, Bread & Eggs – Total Produce
• Lot 4 Meat & Poultry – Freeman Catering Butchers

The solution will be available to the wider public sector via NEPO’s free of charge associate membership scheme.

The solution has achieved £7m of social value commitments including:

• Support for unemployed people
• School and college visits
• Support for young people getting into work
• Training opportunities
• Apprenticeships
• Meaningful work placements.

The solution will go live from 1 January 2020 for a four-year period.
