Learning and Skills Improvement Services (LSIS) is running a 2-day induction course for new principals (12 & 13 January 2011) to provide essential practical guidance on all aspects of leading & managing a successful college. The programme is designed especially for principals & CEOs of further education colleges who have been less than 18 months in post.
