LSN welcomes delegation from TAFE
A delegation from TAFE has visited LSN with the aim to better understand the challenges and complexities currently facing UK colleges and to gain an appreciation of good practice.
The delegation from Australia met with LSN’s Chief Executive, John Stone, and International Director, Bill Malcolm.
The delegation was given an insight into the developments and future of vocational education within the UK. The group discussed how the UK education system differs from Australia, considering similarities, differences and areas for improvement within both.
John and Bill demonstrated how LSN is working in synergy with schools, higher education providers, communities and industries to make a tangible difference to education and training.
The delegation will be attending the Association of Colleges (AOC) Annual Conference in Birmingham on 17th-19th November, of which LSN are a main sponsor.
