Philip Hammond delivers speech on Defence Reform

Secretary of State for Defence Philip Hammond has restated the need for reform in Defence in a speech at the Royal United Services Institute.

Speaking this morning, 8 December 2011, Mr Hammond began by saying that the Strategic Defence and Security Review (SDSR) was 'long overdue, and undeniably necessary'.
