JUDICIAL RETIREMENTS

The Honourable Mr Justice Garland will retire from his post as a Justice of the High Court on 14 October 2002.

The Honourable Mr Justice Turner will retire from his post as a Justice of the High Court on 4 November 2002.

The Honourable Mr Justice Timothy Walker will retire from his post as a Justice of the High Court on 1 October 2002.

Mr Justice Garland (73) was appointed a Justice of the High Court, assigned to the Queen's Bench Division, in 1985. He served as Presiding Judge of the South Eastern Circuit from 1989 to 1993.

Mr Justice Turner (71) was appointed a Justice of the High Court, assigned to the Queen's Bench Division, in 1985.

Mr Justice Timothy Walker (56) appointed a Justice of the High Court, assigned to the Queen's Bench Division, in 1996. He has also been a Judge of the Commercial Court since 1996.
