CHANGE OF AMBASSADOR TO THE REPUBLIC OF GUINEA

Mr John McManus has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Guinea in succession to Helen Horn MBE who has transferred to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr John McManus will take up his appointment in December 2004.
