Her Majesty The Queen has been pleased to approve the appointment of Mrs Deborah Barnes Jones to be Governor of Montserrat in succession to Mr Tony Longrigg CMG who will be retiring from the Diplomatic Service. Mrs Barnes Jones will take up her new appointment in April 2004.
