The State Rooms will be open between 5th August and 29th September, 2002 from 09.30 to 4.30 every day (last admission at 4.15 pm). Buckingham Palace operates a time-ticket system, with admission every 15 minutes throughout the day.

Buying a ticket on the day: Tickets may be purchased from the Ticket Office at Canada Gate in Green Park, open 9 am to 4 pm, from late July to the end of September.

The Queen's Gallery

Closure: The Queen's Gallery has now closed for major remodelling and extension and will reopen in May 2002.

The Royal Mews

From 30th March, 2002, the Mews will be open every day (but see below) from 11.00 am to 4 pm (last admission 3.15 pm).
