CHANGE OF AMBASSADOR AT LA PAZ
Bill Sinton has been appointed Her Majesty''s Ambassador to Bolivia in
succession to Graham Minter, who will be transferring to a new
Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Sinton will take up his new
appointment in October 2001.
