CHANGE OF CONSUL GENERAL AT HONG-KONG

The Foreign Secretary has been pleased to approve the appointment of
Stephen Bradley to be Her Majesty's Consul General at Hong-Kong in
succession to Sir James Hodge KCVO, CMG who will be retiring from the
Diplomatic Service. Mr Bradley will take up his new appointment in
December 2003.
