CHANGE OF AMBASSADOR AT BERNE AND LIECHTENSTEIN

Basil Eastwood has been appointed Her Majesty''s Ambassador to the Swiss Confederation and additionally Her Majesty''s Ambassador (non-resident) to the Principality of Liechtenstein in succession to Christopher Hulse who will be retiring from the Diplomatic Service. Mr Eastwood will take up his new appointment in August 2001.
