CHANGE OF AMBASSADOR TO THE REPUBLIC OF ANGOLA

Mr Ralph Publicover has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Angola in succession to Mr John Thompson MBE who will be retiring from the Diplomatic Service. Mr Publicover will take up his appointment in April 2005.
