Mr Quinton Quayle
has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Kingdom of
Thailand and Her Majesty's Non-Resident Ambassador to the Lao
People's Democratic Republic in succession to Mr David Fall,
who will be retiring from the Diplomatic Service. Mr Quayle will
take up his new appointment in August 2007.
