Change of Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Panama

Mr Richard Austen MBE has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to
the Republic of Panama in succession to Mr James Malcolm OBE who will
be retiring from the Diplomatic Service. Mr Austen will take up his
appointment in November 2006.
