CHANGE OF BRITISH HIGH COMMISSIONER TO BARBADOS

Mr Duncan Taylor CBE has been appointed British High Commissioner to
Barbados in succession to Mr John White who will be retiring from the
Diplomatic Service. Mr Taylor will take up his appointment in
November 2005. Additionally, Mr Taylor will be Non-Resident High
Commissioner to Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica,
Grenada, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, and St Vincent and Grenadines.
