The head of
England and Wales' civil justice system, the Master of
the Rolls Lord Neuberger, and Hugh Seaborn, CEO of the Cadogan
Estate, will join speakers from the property professions to ensure
that the 2010 Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE) conference
provides delegates with real insight into how leasehold is working
in practice at the moment and explores where the regulators should
take it next.

The conference will offer a mix of plenary sessions with a choice
of practical CPD (continuing professional development) streams for
lawyers, valuers and estate agents. Speakers include leading
specialist barristers, highly-respected valuation experts, leaders
in the campaign to boost professionalism in property management
and the RICS champion for best practice in residential sales and
lettings.
One of the highlights of the day will be the annual LEASE quiz to
test delegates' knowledge. The prize will be a free place
at the 2011 conference. LEASE chief executive Anthony Essien says:

Departmental Public Body (ENDPB) funded by Government to provide
free legal advice to leaseholders, landlords, professional
advisers, managers and others on the law affecting residential
