Hi

Affordable computers for charities

24 Sep 2013 12:05 PM

In Kind Direct is a charity that distributes all kinds of consumer products, donated by manufacturers and retailers, to a network of charities across the UK. And low cost computers and laptops have now been added to their offer.

From cleaning products to maintain a residential facility, to soap and toothpaste to give to families in crisis, In Kind Direct sources donations of the products that charities need to run their services and give to the people they support.

With Get online week, the UK’s biggest digital inclusion campaign, taking place 14-20 October, In Kind Direct is delighted to be able to offer charities in their network access to low cost, refurbished computers and laptops. Charities can now access desktop computers for £82.50 (£99 including VAT) and laptops for £124.17 (£149 including VAT).

To access a range of essential goods and supplies, organisations need to register with In Kind Direct. Registration is free and organisations need to provide evidence of their not for profit status. For more information, and to register, see
www.inkinddirect.org or call their charities team on 020 7398 5510.
