Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP, has appointed
Immigration Judge Clive Nicholas Lane to be a Senior Immigration
Judge of the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, based in Bradford,
with effect from 14 December 2009.
Notes for the Editor
Clive Nicholas Lane (52) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1985. He
was appointed as a Fee-paid
Immigration Adjudicator in February 2001, as a Deputy
District Judge in June 2001, and became an Immigration Judge with
the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in 2007. He also served as a
Legally Qualified Panel Member of the Appeal Tribunals from 1999
to 2007.
