David Griffiths retires as a Circuit Judge on 3 August 2009.

His Honour Judge David Laurence Griffiths is 65. He was called to
the Bar (L) in 1967. He was appointed as an Assistant Recorder in
1982, as a Recorder in 1985 and as a Circuit Judge in 1989.
