How can we engage the disengaged?

As school leaders, you have a unique understanding of the best ways to support the UK’s hardest-to-reach young people in school. The Schools Network and The Prince’s Trust want to help you get your voices heard.

We want to hear about the challenges you face in supporting young people who may be underachieving or at risk of exclusion – and what support you feel you need from local authorities, the voluntary sector and the Government to meet these challenges.

We will then present your ideas and concerns to the Government later this year, highlighting how schools are coming up with innovative solutions to engage the UK’s most vulnerable young people. Your answers to the questions in the survey will also shape how we work in the future.
