Magistrates' Court Sentencing Guidelines updated

The Magistrates' Court Sentencing Guidelines which includes Update 9 (the update on the Victim Surcharge) are now available to download.

Hard copies of Update 9 are being printed now and will be distributed from the end of this month. In the meantime, a download of Update 9 is available on the Guidelines to download page, under Magistrates’ Court Sentencing Guidelines.
