Some of you may have noticed than since we launched our new version of Online basics on the Go ON website, you're having some trouble loading the OB course window. We're pleased to tell you that there is a relatively easy fix.

The problem is being caused by your browser memory trying to access and old version of Online basics when you open the course window. Due to the course re-release, this page can't be found. To get round this you simply need to delete your browser's cache.

Instruction on how to do this for all major browsers can be found on this site.

If after doing this you're still experiencing problems do try upgrading the version of Adobe Flash Player you're using as one particular version of Flash has been causing problems with Online basics.
