Statistical Press notice: Dental Commissioning Statistics – quarterly update.

The following statistics were released today by the Department of Health:

Dental Commissioning for the quarter ending December 2009.

This data shows the number of Units of Dental Activity (UDAs) commissioned as at 31 st December 2009.

Key findings this quarter:

All 152 Commissioners (PCTs and Care Trusts) returned data.88.3 million UDAs have been commissioned as at 31st December 2010.This represents an increase of 1.4 million (1.6 %) on the UDAs commissioned as at 30th September 2009.
