| In 2014 Homeless Link’s 5 Transatlantic Practice Exchange participants spent a fortnight in the United States, exploring different practice topics and sharing this learning on their return. Thanks to further support from the Oak Foundation HL are repeating the Exchange over the next 3 years in partnership with the National Alliance to End Homelessness. HL are particularly keen to see applicants from Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland, as well as English services based outside London, when the first application window opens in December 2015. |
