Who We Are
Established in 1993, HighCo MRM is an innovative leading marketing services provider in the UK. We are proud of our portfolio of brands, agencies, charities (eg Comic Relief) and public sector clients (eg Dept of Health) and the relationships that we have with these organisations. We have close links with the Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM) and remain at the forefront of digital developments in our sector.

HighCo MRM is a registered BACS Bureau and Data Controller with data security measures which are regularly independently tested.
In addition to these credentials, our consolidated volume purchasing of materials (eg packaging and print), along with our negotiated despatch contracts (couriers, postage) ensures that we remain competitive. We have on-site secure warehousing and we also have an in-house call centre for both order taking and promotional campaign support. We offer a broad range of services with the advantage of clients being able to undertake complex multi-channel campaigns and one-off projects.

HighCo MRM's services benefit from our in-house developed single fulfilment system (‘Alchemy’) which allows clear, transparent and efficient order processing and reporting management.
Designed to work within a variety of order-processing applications, including mail-order, promotional fulfilment and business-to-business (incl POS management), Alchemy has been developed in-house using the best attributes of proprietary software to provide a flexible and efficient platform. This flexibility gives us competitive advantage ~ we can respond quickly to short term, one-off campaigns, but can also retain the ability to easily tailor our software to clients’ needs.
Secure on-line reporting via a client portal allied to our first rate account management gives you immediate insight and assistance.
