Get active while raising money – This Girl Can meets Sport Relief in perfect partnership

Our nationwide campaign to get women active, This Girl Can, has joined forces with Sport Relief to encourage women and girls to get active while fundraising for a great cause. 

Some of our favourite This Girl Can campaign mantras have been adapted for Sport Relief and will appear in new short films giving women and girls ideas on how to get involved, and celebrating those that do.

These start with ‘Slow fundraising beats no fundraising’, featuring Grace Monksfield Hamming, a student from London.

Grace, who first appeared in the campaign with the mantra ‘I’m slow but I’m lapping everyone on the couch’, said: "It's brilliant to be involved with This Girl Can again because it's doing such a great job of helping women and girls feel more comfortable exercising.
