DH and DCSF seek creative and communications planning agencies for new campaign

The Department of Health (DH) and Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) are seeking two agencies to manage the creative and communications planning activity for new campaigns to help reduce teenage pregnancy; improve sexual health in young people; and raise awareness of the range of contraceptive choices available.

NICE announces review of its skin cancer guidance

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) has today announced that it will convene a guidance development group to formally review the recommendations relating to the diagnosis and removal of ‘low risk’ basal cell carcinomas (BCCs) in primary care in its guidance Improving Outcomes in Cancer for people with skin tumours including melanoma (2003). read the full story here...
