On 24 February 2014 procedures changed and official printing ceased. Instead, new arrangements appropriate to digital publication allow any publisher to produce and sell print copies.

The papers' print-ready PDFs will be made available on GOV.UK. Each publication has its own landing page including the usual web PDF, and papers published from 24 February will also include a print PDF. The papers can be found on the GOV.UK publications landing page through the 'Official Documents status' filter.

The papers' GOV.UK landing pages link to a list of suppliers that sell professionally printed copies. In addition, it is possible to receive a tailored GOV.UK feed for these publications.

Catherine Fogarty, Deliverer of the Vote, House of Commons said: 'Command and House Papers contain much information of interest to Members of both Houses and to the public. Their publication under the new arrangements ensures that a wide audience has the opportunity to find out what is happening in government via www.gov.uk and that Members of the Houses of Parliament have information to scrutinise government proposals and to hold to account a wide range of departments, agencies, boards and other public bodies.'

Responsibility for the official publication of Command and House of Commons Papers, on behalf of government, sits with the Controller of Her Majesty's Stationery Office, operating from within The National Archives.
