Previously LAs have reported instances where Landlords have failed to provide tenants with a copy of a Gas Safety Record. This note is to advise that you that the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has developed an on-line form to enable tenants to notify instances of this type. LA staff are also welcome to use this method if they wish to.
