We're looking for a HR Business Partner and Policy Development Officer to help deliver effective Human Resources support to the organisation, working across the whole range of HR activity.

This is the perfect opportunity to develop your generalist skills, supporting our Head of Human Resources in delivering the very best service to the organisation, and making sure our policies and practices are innovative and up to date.

In particular, you’ll maintain our staff handbook, implement our Learning & Development Strategy, manage casework and make sure all changes to policy or new procedures are well communicated.
