Entries now open for this year’s CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards

The CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development, is calling for entries to its annual Recruitment Marketing Awards, in association with People Management magazine. The Awards recognise the most creative and impactful talent management campaigns from the past year.

There are 18 categories in total, including Campaign of the Year, Best Graduate Initiative and Best Use of Video – as well as the Grand Prix Award, which will be presented to the overall winner.

Since its launch in 1980, the CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards continue to provide reward and recognition for excellence and professionalism in recruitment marketing and talent management. Evolving each year to keep abreast of changing dynamics in the industry, the award categories are continuously reviewed and adapted to recognise innovation, creativity and effectiveness achieved through best practice recruitment marketing.

Vanessa Robinson, Head of Research at the CIPD said: “CIPD’s latest research shows that around one in four of us are looking for a new job. In light of this, it’s more important than ever that the recruitment industry steps up their creativity in helping organisations to attract the brightest and best talent.

The Awards will close for entries on 28 March 2014.

The winners will be announced at a black tie Awards dinner at The Brewery in central London on 16 July 2014.
