Kicking off Walk to Work Week
Step into spring and sign up for Walk to Work Week this May.
Taking place from today until May 17, it's a great way to get some fresh air and an easy way to include more exercise into your daily routine.
By signing up to Walk to Work Week at www.livingstreets.org.uk you can keep track of the distance you walk, calories you burn and carbon you save with the online calculator.
Keep track of all the pavement pounding you do - getting to work, going for lunch and heading to meetings - and compete with your colleagues for who's walked the most.
Taking to two feet is a great way to discover your local area at the same time as saving money, getting fitter, and clearing your head and de-stressing.
And, best of all, it's free!
