Mr Stephen Scott will retire as an Employment Judge (England & Wales) on 31 December 2008.

Mr Stephen John Warham Scott is 65. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1973. He was appointed as a Chairman of the Employment Tribunals in 1994.
