Making the most of Learn my way - top tips!
Online Basics has been one of our most popular packages for some time and we’re really proud of it, but it's great to see so many of our network, whether funded or unfunded, starting to support learners to use our new package of courses, Online Plus, and refer learners to the Online health resources page in the What's next section of Learn My Way.
For those of you who haven't quite got to grips with the changes though, here are a few great tips to help you to get started. Follow these tips to make sure the hard work of all your learners is reflected in your Management Information. The information for the Online health resources will show on your MI page from the end of May.
Tips:
- Online Plus can prove a really good progression route from Online Basics but learners who have some understanding or experience with the internet can go straight onto the Online Plus package and still be counted.

If you want your learners to show on your MI page then you must make sure they input your centre code at registration.

Remember that a countable completion for Online Basics is a learner finishing two or more of the following courses: Using email, Using the internet safely, Using online searches and Public services - the basics.

When you support learners to the Online health resources page please make sure they’re registered and signed into their account. Otherwise we won't be able to track it on your behalf!
