New funding opportunities

We know that every penny counts for your centre at the moment, and we’re delighted to be able to announce 3 new funding rounds for UK online centres, available now.

These small grants are all designed to help you expand your work, enhance your offer to your consumers and communities, and add value to your current activities.

1.  Network support fund - £1,000, £1,500 or £2,000
30 minute application

If you need some extra support to get more people through Online basics this year, this fund could be for you.  Just show us how you’d seek match funding, reach hard to reach audiences and how you’d help at least 50 people complete the course.

Remember, you can apply for the Start something and Community How To Advocacy funds too, and the projects could all work together to give your centre a boost in the New Year.

2.  Start something fund - £250
10 minute application

The Start something grants are designed to help you reach out to new people in your community.  If you’re looking to expand your work, reach new audiences and prove to funders the depth and breadth of your impact, this is the fund for you.

As well as the grant, you’ll get a marketing pack to help you promote your new Start something sessions, and a free webinar to help you plan activity.  In return you’ll be asked to talk to 100 new people, and run at least six new outreach sessions...

3.  Community How To Advocate fund - £300 - £500

If you’re plugged into your community and could introduce other community organisations to the Community How To service, you could be one of our Advocates.

Help 30 others add tools and share their experiences on the discussion forum, and complete five short case studies case on how your partners are now using the tools they’ve found on the site.
