The World Gold Council (WGC) has chosen LSN LRI to implement our Staff Development Academy for their worldwide employee base.

A considerable factor in this decision was our background and knowledge of learning, development and performance processes. WGC has small numbers of employees based all over the world and our core Staff Development Academy, along with WGC faculties, will spread and connect both knowledge and learning across the globe for them.

This project illustrates so well suited LSN LRIs integrated solutions approach is for providing training needs to organisations and businesses with relatively small numbers of staff.
