LSIS: The findings report from Phase Two of the review of further education teacher and training qualifications has been published by the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS). The majority of 350 respondents supported the proposals to simplify the existing system of initial teacher training qualifications, including those for teachers of English, literacy, English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), mathematics, and those teaching disabled learners.
