The Client: Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) runs complex and challenging rail operations and has managed significant change programmes in recent years, including a £2 billion multi-fleet roll- out programme, transforming one of the UK’s oldest fleets one of the most modern, in order to meet rapidly rising passenger demand.
