About Us
Established in 1989, Industrial Training Services is one of the longest established training providers in the United Kingdom.
We’ve always been based in Essex with great links to London and beyond. We’ve always taken a slightly different approach to train, and as a result – we’ve developed brilliant relationships with clients, large and small.
As a CPCS training provider and with specialities ranging from abrasive wheels to first aid, to delivering CPCS testing; ITS can deliver the training you need with flexibility in dates and great value prices across all of our courses.
We keep our prices so competitive; we’ve even had individuals travel hundreds of miles to stay locally and attend CPCS training courses in Essex.

The majority of our training is conducted on customer sites. This has many benefits for the customer, such as no travel costs and more ‘familiar’ training on your own machinery. If training gets in the way of your day-to-day operation – we can offer a number of courses at our sites in Billericay and Wickford. At our base in Wickford, we can deliver:

ITS employ a team of full-time instructors, whereas many other training providers hire in staff on a temporary basis. This allows us the flexibility to allocate instructors to jobs closest to them – thus reducing our carbon footprint. This also enables us to focus on individual staff development and CPD. All of our instructors are RTITB forklift instructors, and possess similar skill-sets. The similar ‘crossover’ in abilities further enhances the flexibility we can offer. |
As we utilise our own instructors; we are able to continually tweak our in-house training plan. This means that training techniques are standardized, and that we put out the same quality content regardless of what instructor is assigned to a job. We develop all of our own training materials. The development of course handouts and procedures is overseen by our own expert health and safety advisor and approved by the Technical Services Director. |
