Why it matters
Mental health: One in three adults will access treatment for a mental health condition such as depression or anxiety in their lifetime.
Self-harm: One in four women under the age of 25 has self-harmed.

Thoughts of suicide: One in five adults and one in four young people under the age of 25 has expressed having had thoughts of suicide.
