Established in 2018, the Party Wall Office is a young company with a wealth of experience in the engineering and construction industry. We're passionate about working with home owners, and all those involved in your building works, to communicate effectively, and collaborate with, and in doing so contributing to a successful home improvement.

Code of conduct; honesty and integrity
We abide by the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors code of conduct, clause 4;
- (1) Seek to resolve disputes under the Act both fairly and expeditiously
- (2) Not undertake, and charge for, work that is not reasonably deemed necessary for the resolution of the parties' dispute
- (3) Not charge excessive costs
- (4) Not misuse or misappropriate appointing owner's funds.
