We are an independent practice providing services to a large variety of clients, including; insurers, solicitors/conveyancers, estate agents, brokers, accountants, major panel managers and lenders.
Our services include Private Valuations, Condition surveys, Building Surveys, Specialist Valuations and Reports, schedules of repair/condition and a range of energy reports and drawing solutions.

- The RICS Condition Report is a new report format introduced in 2011 which gives buyers of conventional property and newer homes a clear and concise picture of the condition of the property at an affordable price.
- A simple assessment of a property’s market value in its current condition.
- Specialist valuation, whether part of a matrimonial settlement, policy and process for court or advice on value.
- Party Wall services, specialising in resolving disputes arising under the Party Wall etc Act 1996.
Schedules of Condition & Repair
- A Schedule of Condition records the condition of a building or other property where works are to be carried out or where our clients might need advice on repair programmes.
Energy Performance Certificates
- All domestic and commercial buildings in the UK available to buy or rent must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
