King Industries Ltd  is a specialist client side utilities and below ground foundation and cast instu structures company formed by former Tier 1 Specialists, Utility Employees and Professional Advisers with the single aim of identifying, quantifying, scoping, pricing and managing utilities in a way that meets the often competing needs of our clients, the utility and Contractors.

Electric

District Heating, Water Main Trunk & Transmission Mains

Whether it’s District Heating Sewer/Raising Mains or Water Ductile or HDPE. KI has been delivering trunk mains for over 30 years using Horizontal Direction Drilling, deep trenching and conventional open trench methods. Our ability to deliver technically challenging projects within tight timeframes has seen us work on many key projects.

Distribution

KI has successfully delivered hundreds of kilometres of water, District Heating, recycled water, and sewer distribution infrastructure over the last 30 years, and has worked UK Public Utility & Private & Oversea Networks. From inception to completion, and everywhere in between, our community sensitive teams deliver solutions.

Foundations

Foul Pump Stations

Foul Pump stations encompass significant civil works, piping and mechanical, electrical and control works.

KING Industries offer first time reinstatement Hot Box Reinstatement which is proven to be cost effective, environmentally friendly and reduces duration of time on works. All KI Rein Black & White Teams are fully qualified to NRSWA fully compliant with regular on KI SHEQ site audits and an inclusion onto an annual training programme,  deliver high quality reinstatement to meet HIGHWAYS Notices.

The following backfill and resurfacing works are undertaken for our clients covering the following work streams:

All works completed are support and with real time cloud based photographic record and HS Risk Assessment & Method Statements in progress with a dedicated login service for clients to monitor works in progress.
