Welcome to Red Box Surveys

Red Box Surveys are based in South Cheshire and are experts in the Collection, Organisation, Presentation and Delivery of quality Survey Data. Our Core business is Topographical Surveys and Measured Building Surveys however we also specialise in many other areas. We provide these services to a diverse client base over the whole of the UK and have also carried out surveys across Europe and the Middle East.

We pride ourselves on the quality and presentation of our survey work and the relationships we have with our clients and will be happy to supply examples or references for prospective clients.

The location of Underground services is often overlooked when developing a site. However it is a critical factor in any development – the sheer cost and time scale involved in re-routing services or damaging services can have a huge effect on the viability of a scheme. LASER SCANNING

 

Laser Scanners are used for a wide range of High Definition Surveying applications either alongside traditional survey instruments or as an alternative to Total Stations. Using Laser Scanning instruments the surveyor can rapidly collect a large amount of accurate coordinated three dimensional 3D laser points from the surface of remote feature as a ‘point cloud’ image, providing rapid surveying solutions for inaccessible elements and complex geometrical detail.

LAND REGISTRY PLANS

When land or property is registered it is call a title register and a title plan. They support the property description in the title register by giving a graphic representation of the registration.
Land Registry requires that any plans submitted for either a freehold or leasehold of a property.

Every topographical survey we carry out can be customized to meet your individual specifications, and the level of survey detail is only restricted by the clients’ needs. As standard we locate all Topographical features on the site along with levels over the complete site. The most common method for providing an accurate Topographical Survey of terrain is through the use of standard topographic surveying techniques. All topographical survey work is provided to the very highest standard, both drawn and digital, and can be delivered in a variety of formats to either the client or RICS specification, as requested.

VISIBILITY SPLAY & SPEED SURVEY

A visibility splay survey may be required if your planning application includes proposals to construct a new vehicular access, or there is a need to improve an existing access. These are formed by lowering or setting back any existing boundary treatment (wall, fence or hedge) at each side of the access and ensuring that any new boundary treatment is set back (or is of a height) that ensures that drivers using the access will be able to see approaching vehicles when exiting the site (and vice versa).

UAV SURVEYS
