Law Firm Providing Specialist Legal Services to the Rail Industry, Public and Retail Sectors

We are a two-partner firm of specialist rail industry Solicitors established in 1997 specifically to provide legal services for rail industry clients.  Our partners are Sara Hollingworth and Helen Bissell, both of whom worked as Solicitors for the British Railways Board before and throughout rail privatisation.  Many of our clients are still from within the rail industry, although we now also provide tailored legal and consultancy services to the wider public sector, commercial and retail sectors.

For 25 years, the firm and both partners have been recognised as 'Leaders in their Field' in the UK-wide Transport: Rail section of Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.   We have been named as Railway Law Firm of the Year in England 2021 by Corporate INTL Magazine in their annual Global Awards and Railway Law Firm of the Year in the United Kingdom 2021 by Global Law Experts.
