Our Welding Procedures
IMS weld a wide range of steel materials with welding & fabricating personnel kept right up to date with relevant standard requirements. Coding’s held by us range from B.S. EN ISO 9606-1, BS EN 287-1 & ASME IX which cover Low Carbon, Zintec, Stainless, Duplex, Chrome Moly and Corten. We also hold a wide range of Welding Procedures in accordance with B.S. EN 288, B.S. EN ISO 15614-1 and ASME IX which include structural and pipework.
Quality of the product both during build and after are overseen by our qualified Production & Quality team; 3.1 CSWIP Welding Inspection & PCN Level 2 NDT personnel covering DPT, MPI, fluid leaks & pressure testing. Whether the work is bespoke or standard we can offer full testing and traceability on materials supplying full documentation pack. IMS are an ISO9001 accredited company.
