Welcome to Marsh and Riddell Ltd
We are a firm of RICS Regulated Chartered Quantity and Building Surveyors. We regularly carry out building surveys, prepare costs estimates for construction work, tender documentation, reporting on tenders and administering the Building Contract as well as carrying out post contract duties, valuations of work carried out, and agreeing final accounts, as well as providing the Health and Safety Role under CDM (Regulations) 2015.
We specialise in undertaking Asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys, as well as the field of energy assessment, (EPC's) Energy Performance Certificates, Domestic, Commercial, New build.
