K. LACEY (E & D) LTD was founded in 1970 and was initially set up by husband and wife team Keith and Kathleen Lacey to provide design and engineering work. Keith Lacey soon found a gap in the market for cable supply within the Aerospace and Defence Industry which soon became and has remained the company’s core business.
They are now one of the UK’s leading suppliers of wire, cable and assembly services to the Aerospace, Defence, Electronics and Automotive sectors and are celebrating over 50 years in business.
K Lacey is an authorised distributor for a range of manufacturers, including AEI, HABIA, HEATSENSE, LEVITON (BRAND-REX), PERMANOID AND SEI, and specialises in a range of PTFE wire, PVC and cable products, available from stock for next day delivery across the UK and Europe.
The team at K Lacey are also experts at finding obsolete and hard to source products, with expert knowledge to provide alternative parts supply where needed.
From their purpose built assembly facility, K Lacey also offers a comprehensive wire and cable assembly service, approved to Aerospace and Defence standards.
We are an AS9100 approved wire/cable assembly manufacturer. Our services include cable preparation , loom assemblies and harness testing facilities, working to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard.
We can accommodate one-off demands, small or large volume requirements and forward scheduling programs such as KANBAN and JIT, supported by buffer/consignment stock for immediate call off.
