Establishing this year to meet a clear gap in the market, AERON Training & Healthcare Education Ltd. will deliver accredited, bespoke education in the medical and healthcare field tailored to the client’s requirements. This will be delivered at either the client’s own place of work or at our own established centre of excellence by professional and highly skilled educators creating an enlightening, realistic, and immersive training experience.
AERON Training & Healthcare Education Ltd. will be established with private investment, enabling the creation of an education centre of excellence and a highly professional and skilled team capable of delivering high-quality healthcare education.
AERON Training & Healthcare Education Ltd. Has been founded to cross the boundaries of Education within these sectors, delivering professional, accredited, and bespoke education to all. Established in 2023 to meet a clear gap in the market, Sarah Rutlidge (Managing Director and founder of AERON Training & Healthcare Education Ltd.) has worked in the pre-hospital environment for over 20yrs, both in the NHS and private sector. This has seen a close working partnership with education providers across all sectors. It has been recognised through this time that there is a true under-resourcing of medical and healthcare education, with the majority of NHS education centres being understaffed and unable to provide professional and bespoke education.
AERON Training & Healthcare Education Ltd. will deliver accredited and/or bespoke education in the medical and healthcare field. Our packages will offer a full range of education, including tailor-made, bespoke corporate packages, delivered at the client's place of work or at our modern education centre as well as industry-recognised medical qualifications to corporate and non-corporate clients.
AERON Training & Healthcare Education Ltd. will also build, with industry partners and clients, new bespoke and accredited training packages that will either be delivered by our own dedicated team or licensed to other training establishments.
AERON Training & Healthcare Education Ltd. will also offer a consultancy programme, thus developing universal standards and subject matter advice to any sized education company, building on our vision of education being available to all. Our dedicated education team are all experts in their field, holding professional medical and teaching qualifications. Their vision is to deliver up-to-date, meaningful and highly qualified education in a realistic and immersive setting.

The company will also provide custom built, bespoke training packages to meet client’s needs. This can include bespoke course built to the customers specifications, can include accreditation by one of our partner awarding bodies as well as training delivery.
Once the company is established it will also work with industry partners to create new accredited training course that will either be delivered by our own dedicated team or be licenced to other training providers.

Consultancy Services
AERON Training & Healthcare Education Ltd will offer a consultancy service. It is appreciated that not all clients will require the same level of support, therefore the company has developed a range of packages to suit most customers as follows:
- Tier One: Review of requirements. Review meeting would usually consist of 2 hours and then a quote will be given for any further required time.
- Tier two: Support existing education team with advice, direction, and applications to awarding organisations and/or awarding bodies. This would usually require 3 days and includes a follow up report. This package would include access to our support programme.
- Tier Three: Support existing education team with advice, direction, and applications to awarding organisations and/or awarding bodies. Advice on key roles needed, with the potential to help source the right candidates. Support to deliver on job descriptions and a review of current team. Two days on site. One to evaluate and one to present. Further Teams meetings and email communications with relevant stake holders. This package would include access to our support programme.
- Tier Four: A full start up service to include a bespoke built package, 1-2-1 client consultation, course recommendation, with cost projections. Advice on location, equipment, and team size. Four-week programme including reports and documents. This package would include access to our support programme.
- Retainer Programme: One day a week, one day a fortnight or one day a month and providing an ad hoc support service.
- Discount for loyalty: 10% discount for training programmes for Tier one and two, 15% discount for the rest for Aeron owned or bespoke courses.
